Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
Raewyn Barry Coaching offers 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and onset coaching services designed to help clients improve their on-camera presence, overcome confidence barriers, and master content creation. By engaging with these services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services
Services are provided as outlined in individual agreements. While every effort will be made to ensure a valuable coaching experience, outcomes may vary. Results depend on individual participation, commitment, and adherence to coaching strategies.

3. Payment and Cancellations

Full payment or payment plans must be agreed upon prior to the start of any coaching service.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, at the discretion of Raewyn Barry Coaching.
Refunds may not be offered once coaching services have commenced, except in special circumstances as determined by the coach.

4. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to act respectfully and professionally during coaching sessions. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may lead to termination of services without a refund.

5. Liability
Raewyn Barry Coaching will not be held liable for any outcomes, personal issues, or decisions arising from coaching sessions. All coaching is intended as guidance and support.
